Unless the “Decline” statistic there has to do with declines by Peer-Reviewers (the words Accept/Decline/Days to Review/Days to Publication are indented under “Peer reviewed” but I don’t know if that means they’re a subset of that statistic or not… I’ve looked for more information on this but cannot find any.
