Error in validation at BASE OAI-PMH Validator

I don’t know how to solve it. The error will be removed if I remove entries like:

<dc:identifier xsi:type=“dcterms:DOI”>10.22067/jrrp.v1i1.14646</dc:identifier>

from OAI output, but manager of journals want doi in output.
