When I look at individual articles in OJS 2.4.8 as an Editor, I see the History tab, and it looks like that tab has all the logging and auditing info.
Did “Logging and Auditing” used to be a setting that had to be enabled, but it got rolled in and in later versions of OJS 2 is now present for all articles?
