i am trying to Deposit my articles to crossref. everything is perfect but when i select an article and click on deposit button. the message is appear at the top “Registration was not successful! The DOI registration server returned an error: ’ (401 Unauthorized)” Please help me how can i fix this problem.
i have correct credentials of Crossref.
i did properly setup of Crossref XML plugin and DOI.
currently i am using OJS 3.3.0.4
